These activity calculators are accurate and effective calories burned trackers...They calculate the number of calories you burn for dozens of activities based on your weight and the number of minutes you workout. You only need to enter your weight in the left box and the workout time duration in the right box. The "Show Me" option will give you a chart of the number of calories burned for over 100 activities and exercises.  In the 2nd calculator, you only need to enter the number of minutes engaged in the activity.  You can also calculate how many calories you need per day by entering your weight and selecting one of three activity levels that best characterize your level of activity.
